Summary of Responsibilities:

• Communicating with Engineering and Project Teams
• Project leadership - managing all project phases
• Approving designs and budgets
• Delegating tasks to the Engineering and Project Teams
• Supervising, training and mentoring staff - design, integration, and test
• Providing quality oversight into all project technical aspects
• Lead flight test planning and execution
• Lead hardware system design, integration and test

Requirement Highlights:

• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering) or higher with twenty-five (25) or more years' engineering background - DOD relevant preferred
  • Fifteen (15) or more years' experience managing engineering projects: technical, cost, and schedule
  • Fifteen (15) or more years' experience estimating project cost: materials, resources, and Period of Performance (POP)
• Ability to travel
• Ability to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance
