Summary of Responsibilities:

• Lead small engineering projects/development teams
• Manage the development of engineering project plans, estimates and designs
• Support systems integration and testing, ensuring the system meets design specifications and operational requirements
• Follow team direction / work alongside other engineers / manage assignments (time management)
• Document system design and operational procedures
• Manage design quality and configuration management
• Support field assignments

Requirement Highlights:

• Engineering related bachelor's degree
• Ambition for developing and maintaining system architectures
• Experience in with Open System Architectures (OSA) desired
• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) desired
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective actions
• Experience in publishing technical reports
• Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in conducting technical presentations to large groups
• Ability to travel
• Ability to obtain/maintain a secret security clearance
